637 is an original 1924 Speed Model with all matching numbered
components and original sports 4-seater coachwork by Park Ward. The
present owner acquired the car 30 years ago in a somewhat tired
condition. The chassis and engine were despatched to McKenzie-Guppy for
total restoration and the coachwork was sent to James Pearce to be
brought back to original condition. The owner has happily put together
two albums of photos which detail the restoration. The car has given
great joy and continues to be used by the extremely caring owner. All
the usual Speed Model goodies - A Box, Sloper carbs, 3.53 back axle. We
can recommend this car very strongly for its excellent pedigree and
